What was the highlight of Hotel Victoria Roma
Good
Location was great and I always felt very safe. There is a lovely rooftop bar where it was nice to chat to other guests. As this is a hotel used by Trafalgar Tours - it has a lot of groups staying and guests are very friendly.
The air conditioner was freezing when I arrived and it didn’t seem to cool down that much by turning it down to low. It was lucky I have a jumper to wear at night time as there were no extra blankets in the room!

great facilities, a little pricey for the service
room size and amenities
bar is over priced. Some (but all) of the concierges were less than helpful. This hotel deals with a lot of American tours and some of the staff is a bit "put off" with dealing with the cultural differences. This didn't seem like a "real" European hotel due to it's slant in serving so many English tourists - especially the breakfast's. It you like a hotel that caters to English then you enjoy this place

Overall a pleasurable stay with friendly service, clean facilities and conducive location.
Location is conducive with various tourist attractions within walking distance.
Expected a queen bed for a double room but came in two single beds placed together.

Clean, conveniently located and comfortable
The hotel is a short 5 minute walk to Villa Borghese and only a 20 minute walk to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain, and another 10-15 minutes from there to the Pantheon. We found walking to most of the attractions pretty convenient from the hotels location.
The rooftop bar and restaurant is closed in late fall through winter.
